I have first hand experience of anxiety and depression. I’ve felt the heart palpitations, rapid breathing, the black cloud that looms, and the self-deprecation that prevents action. We stop the activities we used to find joy in. The crippling anxiety prevents us from leaving our comfort zone. These conditions often travel with their friends; guilt and shame, making it worse. I learned to break this cycle, worked through the things that held me back. It wasn’t an easy journey and I really wanted to give up at times, but I didn’t; I fought. Now as a trained therapist, my lived experience allows me to help others.

In the therapy room I listen to your worries. I help you to explore your feelings and support you whilst you untangle the threads and lift the weight that's causing pressure, so that you may not only breathe a little easier, but also see a little clearer.

Appointments are either 60 or 90 minutes during the following days/times. My hourly fee is £45.
Mon - Thur 11am - 8pm
Sat 10am - 1pm
