This privacy policy notice is served by AMN Counselling under the website; www.amncounselling.co.uk and www.amncounselling.com. The purpose of this policy is to explain to you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal information through the business and while you browse or use this website. If you do not agree to the following policy you may wish to cease viewing / using this website, and or refrain from submitting your personal data to us.

    We process your information in the following ways: We keep your email address in our email program to facilitate contact.  If you provide us with a telephone number, we store this along with your name in our email program though our contact form.  We do not process your data in any way other than to facilitate contact for the purposes of arranging appointments.
    Data retention period: We will continue to keep your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
    Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties. 


  • Lawful basis: Contract
    Where our purpose for processing is: to facilitate counselling sessions 
    Which is necessary because: So we know who you are and when you are scheduled to be seen.
    We process your information in the following ways: We retain your contact details in order to schedule/rearrange appointments.
    Data retention period: We will continue to keep your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
    Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties. 


  • Lawful basis: Legitimate Interest
    Where our purpose for processing is: to facilitate counselling sessions 
    Which is necessary because: So we know who you are and when you are scheduled to be seen.
    We process your information in the following ways: We retain your contact details in order to schedule/rearrange appointments.
    Data retention period: We will continue to keep your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
